Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions before reaching out? Here are some of the things we're asked most often. Don't see your question here? Just get in touch — we're happy to help.
How much does this cost?
Every organization's needs are different, so we don't use one-size-fits-all pricing. After a free assessment, we'll build a custom quote based on your specific situation and work with you on a budget that makes sense.
We already have someone (or a company) handling our IT — do we still need you?
Maybe! Many organizations use us as a second opinion, a backup, or to help with a specific project (like a cloud migration or nonprofit discount setup) without replacing their existing setup. We're also happy to take over management entirely if you're looking for a change.
We don't really know what we need — is that a problem?
Not at all — that's exactly what the free assessment is for. We'll take a look at your current setup and talk through your goals, then recommend a clear, realistic path forward. No pressure, no obligation.
Do you only work with churches?
Not at all — we work with small businesses, churches, and nonprofits alike. Churches and nonprofits do get some extra attention since they're eligible for unique discounts most organizations don't know about, but our core services apply to any growing organization.
Will you try to sell us things we don't need?
No — that's actually a big part of why we started this business. We've seen too many organizations get sold complicated, oversized solutions they didn't need. Our goal is to recommend what actually fits your size, budget, and goals — nothing more.
We're a small organization with a limited budget — can you still help us?
Yes. We work specifically with small businesses, churches, and nonprofits, and we understand tight budgets firsthand. We'll always be upfront about cost and work with you to find a solution that fits.
What if we're not a registered 501(c)(3) — can we still get nonprofit discounts?
Eligibility varies by program, but many require recognized nonprofit status. During your assessment, we'll help you understand exactly what you qualify for.
Do we have to sign a long-term contract?
It depends on the work. One-time projects (like a cloud migration or a hardware upgrade) don't require any long-term commitment. Ongoing managed services typically involve a contract, but terms are flexible and we'll work with you to find an arrangement that makes sense for your organization.
How quickly can you help us?
We typically respond and schedule an introduction call within a few business days. From there, timelines depend on the scope of what you need.
